Enterprise Wi-Fi and networks in Malta, run by AI agents with an engineer saying yes.
How we work
Consult, review and implement with AI keeping the big picture. When something breaks, AI identifies, triages and proposes; an engineer accepts or edits; AI applies the fix in seconds, not hours.
Recent work
A five-console, 20-minute hunt is now one search.
Firewall cluster, hundreds of access points, switch stacks, PBX, IPTV, HR and mail, joined one connector at a time. Why has the meeting-room phone got the wrong IP? Under a minute, and the same answer whoever asks.
Every channel watched; a dead stream is known before a guest calls.
Packhound, our open-source probe, reports every multicast channel as Receiving, Degraded or Lost. It also catches the missing IGMP querier that floods 400 to 700 Mbps out of every port.
| IP | DNS | NTP | Result |
|---|---|---|---|
| DHCP | internal | none | ok |
| DHCP | internal | pool.ntp.org | crash |
| Static | internal | nist | ok |
| Static | public | pool.ntp.org | ok |
One line fixed it. The vendor got the bug report.
New switch stacks rebooted the moment they joined the controller. Working with an AI agent, an 11-case test matrix isolated one combination of internal DNS and a public NTP pool.
